Made from a blend of sauvignon blanc, sauvignon gris and sémillon, it is produced on a clay plot of only 2000 bottles.

The goldfinch (represented on  label) feeds on the seeds of thistles that grow on dry land. This wine is like this little bird, increasingly rare. Picked up in crates all at once and then cold pressed, the vinification takes place in 400l French oak barrels. For greater respect for fruit and purity, it is aged for 6 months in amphorae. Beautiful, limpid color, it is fine and gives off melted aromas of great subtlety. It exudes on the palate notes of citrus and exotic fruits of great freshness and complexity. The equally seductive finish is very rich. Enjoy it between 14 ° and 16 °
